S1570 - Establishes the state division of AIDS services
S1571 - Enacts the "dignity for all students act" to prevent harassment and discrimination
S1572 - Enacts the protection in the workplace act
S1764 - Provides that no person shall because of their sex be subjected to any discrimination in his or her civil rights
S1765 - Limits commercial vehicles from stopping or standing in New York city
S3753 - Prohibits discrimination based on gender identity or expression and includes offenses regarding gender identity or expression under the hate crimes statute
S1766 - Prohibits licensing premises for sale of alcohol if located within 200 feet of exterior boundary of parcel of land with building used wholly or partially as school
S1767 - Requires owners of multiple dwellings in a city with a population of one million or more to comply with municipal mosquito control requirements; repealer
S1803 - Revives causes of action for the sexual assault of an infant which have been barred by the statute of limitations

S1835 - Authorizes issuance of an order of protection against any member of the same family or household
S1877 - Provides that a two-thirds majority of all outstanding shares is necessary to dissolve a mutual limited profit housing company

S2738 - Repeals the exclusion of high income renters and high income accommodations from the effects of the rent stabilization act

S2890 - Provides that certain persons living with HIV or AIDS shall not be required to pay more than 30% of the household income towards shelter costs
S3556 - Prohibits the collection of administration expenses by a landlord and provides for the tenant to collect all interest paid by the banking organization on a security deposit or advance when such is deposited into an interest bearing account

S4633 - Provides insurance benefits for treatment of chemical dependency comparable to such benefits for other disorders

S7226 - Establishes Haley's Act which prohibits direct contact between a big cat and a member of the public
S7321 - Relates to permitting two unmarried persons to adopt a child together
S7348 - Requires the city of New York or county within the district to make maintenance of escalators, elevators and other facilities in passenger stations a priority
S7357 - Provides for evidence that proves or tends to prove that a victim has been convicted of a prostitution offense shall not be admissible
S7544 - Prevents a judge from considering a parent's option to undergo gender reassignment when making a determination in a child custody case
