Watch "Tom Duane in the Neighborhood" on Manhattan Neighborhood Network (Time Warner Cable Channel 34 and RCN Channel 82)
Each month, Senator Duane presents a half hour public access television program in which he talks with community leaders and policy makers about issues of concern to his diverse constituency.
The program airs on Manhattan Neighborhood Network, which is responsible for administering the Public Access cable television services in Manhattan. It is carried by Time Warner Cable Channel 34 and RCN Channel 82 in Manhattan.
On the next episode of "Tom Duane in the Neighborhood," Senator Duane marks LGBT Pride month by interviewing Mary E. Northridge, Professor of Clinical Sociomedical Sciences at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health, co-editor of The Health of Sexual Minorities: Public Health Perspectives on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Populations, and editor-in-chief of American Journal of Public Health, which features a wide range of articles on LGBTQ Public Health in the June 2008 issue.
The episode will air on Tuesday, June 24 at 7:30pm and again on Friday, June 27 at noon.
